Advalight has developed an innovative solid-state laser system for use in dermatological treatments. With a wavelength of 589 nm, the laser has the optimal wavelength for e.g. removal of vascular lesions.

The patented technology makes it possible to create a solid-state laser with small dimensions, low cooling requirements, reduced noise and significantly reduced weight, when compared to the existing yellow dye laser technology.

The integrated 1064 nm and 1319 nm wavelengths provide the option of a multiple wavelength system with more wavelengths and even the use of several wavelengths at the same time. This presents some very exciting clinical possibilities.
